Accreditation required

Capital that routes through loan-grade, AI-scored mortgages

MortgageAgent welcomes SEC Rule 501 accredited investors into a capital program that funds the partner network’s vetted private and short-term mortgage originations. We confirm accreditation before we open an allocation conversation, and every funded loan carries the same risk-model score the partner desk uses to clear files.

How accreditation works

Three qualifying tests, one annual renewal

The intake below asks which of the three SEC Rule 501 tests you clear today, plus a high-level bracket on net worth and income. We review every application against the criteria below before opening a capital conversation.

01
Income test
Earned income of $200k+ single or $300k+ joint for each of the last two years, with a reasonable expectation of reaching the same level in the current year. We verify with two years of supporting documentation.
02
Net-worth test
Net worth above $1M excluding the value of your primary residence. Joint net worth with a spouse counts; we ask for the underlying liquid and illiquid composition on intake.
03
Professional license
Hold an active Series 7, Series 65, or Series 82 license in good standing. License number and issuing firm are captured at intake and verified before we open an allocation conversation.
04
Renewal cadence
Accreditation is checked again at the start of each annual capital cycle. Investors whose status has changed move to a separate observation queue rather than being silently routed the wrong mandates.
