Terms of use — placeholder draft
MortgageAgent provides this placeholder copy so investors evaluating the platform can review our intent before submitting an accredited-investor inquiry. The version posted at this URL is the one that controls; later revisions supersede it on publication.
Draft — pending legal review.
No investment advice
MortgageAgent does not provide investment, legal, tax, or financial-planning advice. The platform connects accredited capital with vetted private and short-term mortgage originations. Neither the AI risk model, the partner desk, nor any material on this site constitutes a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any security.
Every allocation decision is yours. We publish the inputs — collateral, DSCR, exit strategy, originator track record, and the same risk-model score the partner desk uses to clear files — so you can underwrite the position yourself. Past performance of any prior deal does not guarantee future results. Mortgage assets carry default, illiquidity, and concentration risk that public-market portfolios do not.
If you need a fiduciary review of how a MortgageAgent allocation fits your broader portfolio, please engage a registered investment adviser before transacting with us.
Accreditation basis
The MortgageAgent investor program is limited to SEC Rule 501 accredited investors. Confirmation happens before an allocation conversation opens. The four qualifying tests and the renewal cadence are summarized below.
Data usage and storage
Submissions to the accredited-investor inquiry form are routed through the MortgageAgent intake pipeline. The data you enter — identity fields, the accreditation basis you declare, the net-worth and income bracket, and any free-text note — is stored on the platform's contact record so the investor relations team can review it and route a conversation back to you.
We retain inquiry submissions for the period needed to evaluate the application, complete the accreditation review, and respond to follow-up questions. Retention length and your deletion rights are spelled out in detail on the privacy page.
